AlpFoodway MidTerm Conference. Alpine food culture as future UNESCO intangible cultural heritage

La MidTerm Conference “Alpine food culture as future UNESCO intangible cultural heritage” è la conferenza di medio periodo di AlpFoodway che si tiene giovedì 4 ottobre, ad Innsbruck.

Durante l'evento viene presentato il lavoro svolto negli ultimi due anni e i possibili sviluppi futuri per la valorizzazione del patrimonio alimentare alpino. All'incontro, organizzato dai 14 partner del progetto, partecipano tutte le organizzazioni che svolgono il ruolo di observer nei sei diversi paesi delle Alpi (Francia, Italia, Svizzera, Germania, Austria e Slovenia) coinvolti in ALPFOODWAY.

La Conferenza è l'occasione per presentare la carta “Charter of Alpine Food Heritage” che, dopo un ampio lavoro di condivisione tra i partner, introduce alla petizione online tra istituzioni, imprese e cittadini per raccogliere il più ampio sostegno possibile alla candidatura UNESCO della Cultura alimentare alpina (https://www.alpfoodway.eu/home).
